- Primary language: Turkish (`tr`). English (`en`) is available for translated public content.
- Qualification codes, authorization codes and accreditation identifiers are preserved as official values.
- Turkish province names are treated as proper geographic names rather than machine-translated labels.
- Fees include validity dates and currency data; converted exchange values are informational unless explicitly stated otherwise.
